Information we collect- Information you give us: name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, and order history when you create an account, place an order, or contact customer service.
- Payment information: processed directly by our payment providers. We never receive or store your full card number.

Who you are buying from Quattre Shoes Comercio Online Ltda, registered in Brazil under CNPJ 41.077.614/0001-59, with operations in Vitória, Espírito Santo. All orders ship internationally from Brazil. Products and pricing Our shoes and bags are handmade from natural leather. Small variations in colour, grain, and finish between pairs are inherent to the material and are not defects. Product photography is as accurate as our screens allow, but colours may render differently on your device. Prices are shown in US dollars and euros and include applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies to your order is the one displayed when you place it. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Orders and acceptance Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot ship to your address. Duties, taxes, and customs Cross-border orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. Where these are collected at checkout, this is stated clearly before payment. Where they are not, they are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier on delivery. We cannot predict these amounts and we cannot refund them if you refuse a delivery. Shipping and delivery Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipped by international carriers. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed dates. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Returns Our returns terms are set out in full on our Returns & Exchanges page and form part of these terms. Intellectual property All content on this site — including designs, photography, text, and the Quattre name and logo — belongs to Quattre and may not be reproduced, in whole or in part, without our written permission. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory local law. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Nothing in this clause deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts where those laws allow it. Shipping
Every Quattre order is dispatched from Brazil. Order preparation Orders are carefully checked and dispatched within two business days. Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking link by email. Delivery Delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your address, carrier and local customs process. These are estimated timeframes rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Duties & taxes When import duties and taxes are collected at checkout, this will be clearly shown before payment. When they are not collected in advance, they may be charged by the carrier upon delivery and remain the responsibility of the recipient. Packaging Every order arrives in Quattre packaging. If your order is a gift, contact us and we will prepare it with additional care.Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Quattre. If something is not quite right, here is how to request a return or exchange. Requesting a return Email care@shopquattre.com with your order number, the full name used for the purchase and the reason for your request. Requests must be submitted within seven calendar days of delivery. All returns must be authorised before being shipped. Return condition Items must be unworn and free from signs of use or damage, returned in their original box and packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice. Please try your shoes on a clean, carpeted surface. Refunds Returns are inspected within ten business days of arriving at our facility. Once approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. For purchases made with a discount code, the refunded amount corresponds to the amount paid. Return shipping International return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer unless the item is confirmed as faulty. Original duties and taxes are not refunded by Quattre. Depending on your location, you may be able to request reimbursement directly from your local customs authority. Faulty items If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, contact care@shopquattre.com within 90 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Each request is assessed individually. Natural variations in colour, grain and finish are part of the material and are not considered defects.Product Care
